Castle Nuts (Castellated Nuts) by Asia Bolts Industries are precision-manufactured prevailing torque nuts featuring a crown of slots or castellations machined into the top face, designed to accept a cotter pin or safety wire through a drilled bolt shank — preventing rotation and ensuring the nut cannot loosen under vibration, shock loads, or dynamic operating conditions.
Manufactured to DIN 935, DIN 979, ASME B18.2.2, ISO 7042, and ASTM standards in carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and exotic alloy grades, our Castle Nuts are produced at our Dubai Investment Park facility under ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certified quality systems and supplied to industries across the GCC, Middle East, Africa, and 70+ countries worldwide.
