Aluminium Oxide (Al₂O₃) Ceramic:
• Operating Temperature: Up to 1600°C
• Excellent electrical insulation • High hardness (HV 1000–2000)
• Used in furnace hardware, heating element supports, kiln fasteners
Zirconia (ZrO₂) Thermal Barrier Coating:
• Operating Temperature: Up to 1500°C continuous; 2000°C intermittent
• Thermal barrier applications in gas turbines and high-temperature process equipment
• Low thermal conductivity
Silicon Carbide (SiC) Based Coatings:
• Extreme wear and abrasion resistance
• Suitable for slurry-handling equipment fasteners
• High chemical resistance
Aluminium Silicate Coatings:
• Medium-high temperature range (up to 900°C)
• Corrosion and oxidation resistance
• Common in refinery and petrochemical fired heater bolts
All ceramic-coated fasteners are processed to client data sheets and project specifications. Supply is supported by full material traceability, coating thickness reports, and third-party inspection if required.
